Adzooma Subscription Refund Policy

 

When you purchase an Adzooma Subscription you are purchasing the license to access our software for a specified time period, this agreement is final and no partial service refunds can be offered or claimed based on time between purchases and refund requests. In addition, you may cancel your Adzooma subscription at any time inside your Adzooma account. Please contact our support team if you need assistance with this process.

Due to the nature of a digital software license we are unable to provide refunds for most situations including but not limited to;

  • Changes of mind after submitting payment
  • A lack of satisfaction with the functionality of the software
  • Forgetting to cancel the service before a new billing period
